DeMolays, Squires, and young women are invited to join NY DeMolay for the return of our annual Sports Weekend!
This jam packed weekend is filled with athletic events and activities for all skill sets hosted at the Masonic Care Community. Basketball, floor hockey, fitness tips, ideas, and golf!
4 to a room guaranteed Hotel = $135 per person
3 to a room guaranteed hotel = $222 per person
2 to a room guaranteed hotel = $275 per person
1 to a room guaranteed hotel = $350 per person
A note on pricing:
Our primary housing facility will be Memorial Hall on the Masonic Care Community Campus.
These rooms range from 1-2 people, we will have overflow at the Best Western in Utica.
IF you register for the 4 to a room or MCC Housing at $90 you may be assigned to either and pay the same rate.
IF you opt for the 4 to a room, 3 to a room, 2 to a room, or 1 to a room guaranteed hotel option you will be assigned to the hotel. IF you opt for multiple people in a hotel room, NY DeMolay will assign additional people to fill the room to get to capacity that you selected in line with youth protection policies.
